熒光試劑(fluorescence reagent)是一種能與熒光較弱或不顯熒光的物質以共價或非共價形式結合,形成熒光配合物的有機試劑。
目前,熒光技術已經在核酸、蛋白質、多肽等生物大分子的分析檢測中得到了廣泛應用,用到的試劑主要有酶熒光底物、熒光標記試劑、熒光染料、熒光指示劑等產品。
